Apple discontinues the original HomePod

Apple is discontinuing the original HomePod model. On the company's online store, you will see the message "While supplies last" on the product page. In some regions, it is already unavailable. Apple currently has no announced plans of replacing the model. There have also been no rumors of a replacement HomePod in the offing. The HomePod was launched back in 2018. The product received rave reviews for its audio quality, especially considering the size. However, reviewers weren't too keen on the $349 launch price, the sub-par experience of using Siri compared to other voice...

Motorola Moto G8 and G8 Power have started receiving Android 11 stable update

Back in December, Motorola made a commitment to update quite a few of its devices to Android 11. Both the Moto G8 and the G8 Power were on said list. However, we still don't have a timeframe for any of the devices on there and it's good to see that Motorola has started covering some ground. Well, technically, the Moto G Pro already started the update cycle back in January, but not much else has happened since. There is an official Motorola update portal you can use to check on progress for other devices. Motorola Moto G8 and G8 Power Android 11 OTA Anyway, The Moto G8 and G8...

Micromax In 1 Specs leak ahead of launch

After officially returning to the India market with the In 1b and the In note 1, Micromax is wasting no time and flushing-out its budget/mid-ranger lineup even further. We already know that the next addition to the family will be a vanilla Micromax In 1 and we even have an official launch date set for March 19. Micromax IN Note 1 & Micromax IN 1B Thanks to one of our colleagues over at XDA, we now know the key specs of the phone, as well. Motorola Moto G10 in for review

The Motorola Moto G10 has arrived at our office and it has some tough questions to answer. It seems rather pricey for a phone with a 720p+ display and a Snapdragon 460 chipset. Things look even worse when you notice that the Moto G10 Power is cheaper. Okay, that’s not entirely correct. The Power model is available only in India right now, the vanilla G10 is available only in Europe. So, a direct price comparison is not possible, but the gap is pretty large – the vanilla model is €150, the Power is INR 10,000, which works out to €115 or so. At worst these phones cost the same after EU...

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite shows up to TENAA sporting a very thin body

Rumors of an upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite have been abundant as of late. The phone has even already visited a few notable certification authorities, which is how we know that it should go by the M2101K9AG model number. Just recently, a very-similar M2101K9C Xiaomi handset was listed on TENAA, which is most-likely the Mi 11 Lite, as well. Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite on TENAA Unfortunately, as of writing this, the TENAA certification lacks its usual set of device photos. It does still offer-up some info, like a 6.55-inch display diagonal on what previous rumors claim will be a 90Hz or...

Oppo F15 receiving Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 stable update

The Oppo F15 unveiled last year with Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6.1 received the Android 11 beta in India in January, and it appears the testing has gone smooth as the company has started rolling out the stable build of Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1. According to Oppo's rollout schedule announced earlier this month, the F15 was supposed to get the Android 11 stable update in India starting March 17. But some users have already received the latest version of Android, indicating Oppo has started seeding the update to a limited number of users, and a broader rollout will commence in a few...
