Nokia plays a mean game of one upmanship; what the Finnish based manufacturer did to Samsung is hilarious, but at the same time it is a perfectly good business tactic. It seems that in the U.K., Korean OEM Samsung had put up a billboard extolling the virtues of the camera-centric Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom.
