The Motorola DROID X was the result of the manufacturer's brainstorming on how to take advantage of what was then a major sensation with the Motorola DROID; phone buyers who never heard of Android just weeks before, were all of a sudden offered a device with a massive (at the time) 4.3 inch screen.
