Microsoft will reduce OneDrive free storage to 5GB starting on July 27

Last year there was a bit of a kerfuffle involving Microsoft's cloud storage service, OneDrive. The company announced plans to cut free storage from 15GB to 5GB, and also get rid of the additional 15GB camera roll bonus altogether. A big backlash followed, and just a few weeks later Microsoft backtracked somewhat. It allowed users to keep their 15GB + 15GB free allotment if they went to a special page and clicked on a big blue "Keep your free storage" button by January 31, 2016.
