Apple has launched a new battery replacement programs for some models of its Smart Battery Case. The program covers models for 2018 iPhones including the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max that are experiencing issues with charging. Affected Smart Battery Cases have one of two issues: The Case's battery may not be charging or charging intermittently or, the Case doesn't charge the iPhone or charges it intermittently.
