The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra might get full Linux terminal support

We know that most people won’t care about this at all, but if you are reading this article, you are likely among the minority that might actually rejoice to learn that Samsung might be catching up to Google’s own Pixel devices in this one admittedly very niche aspect. Our colleagues over at Android Authority got access to some leaked logs from the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. In them, they spotted a mention of the Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) – a key component in running a full Linux terminal that was absent from the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
