HTC One Max phablet winks from new pictures with possible rear fingerprint scanner

A claimed HTC One Max prototype is on the loose again, people, and this time we see it sized up with the HTC One flanking its sides like point guards around Shaq. Not only that, but what is rumored to be a fingerprint scanner on the back is clearly visible, though we don't know whether it will make it in the retail version, and what will its purpose of existence there be other than unlocking the phone, iPhone 5s style...

Behind the scenes of the rollicking "Recital" ad for the Nokia Lumia 1020

The ad proved to be so popular (even with Apple and Android fans) that a sequel was ordered...

LG G Pad 8.3 Hands-on

LG announced their first tablet in nearly two years at IFA 2013 in Berlin - LG G Pad 8.3. The G Pad 8.3 has its design language from the company's current flagship, G2 and has a very big 8.3inch display. We managed to get our hands on the LG G Pad 8.3 and do check out that video right below. httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AosOVdjrIZA The G Pad 8.3 looks like a bigger version of the G2 from the front, but at the back, things get pretty interesting as LG G Pad 8.3 is equipped with a dual-material finish. The top and bottom of the back side have the plastic material which is found on the front side, but the middle part is made of solid metal giving it an industrial design. G Pad 8.3 has a 8.3inch Full HD(1920x1200 pixels) IPS display and it is powered by Snapdragon 600 Quad-core SoC clocked at 1.7GHz. There is 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. There is a microSD card slot to expand the storage. On the back of the G Pad 8.3, there is a 5MP camera which can record 1080p videos while on the front, we have a 1.3MP camera for video calls. The G Pad ...

The combination of 1/2.3″ large 20.7 megapixel Exmor RS sensor, Sony's trademark BIONZ image processing engine, and 27mm wide-angle f/2.0 Sony G Lens seems to finally hit the nail right on the head when it comes to Android photography...
