LG G4 India price confirmed at $804

LG has officially confirmed the price of its latest flagship, the G4, in India. The device (model number H818N), which is scheduled to launch in the country on June 19, is is now listed on the company's India website at INR 51,500 ($804). Interestingly, a Mumbai-based mobile retailer had recently suggested the same pre-order price for the device, which was released back in April this year. It's also worth mentioning that online retailer Infibeam is already selling the handset for INR 50,000 ($780). The Redmi 2A, which was announced by Xiaomi in China back in March this year and was priced at 599 Chinese Yuan ($97), has received a price cut - it is now available for 499 Chinese Yuan ($80). Specs-wise, the handset is powered by a Leadcore L1860C chipset with quad-core 1.5GHz CPU and Mali-T628MP2 GPU, and sports a 4.7-inch 720p display. LG G2 Mini to receive Lollipop update this month

The G2 mini, which was announced back in February last year and released a couple of months later, will receive the Android Lollipop update in June, according to LG Greece, which revealed the information in response to a comment on its Facebook page. If you aren't in the know, the G2 mini - as the name suggests - is a shrunk down version of the larger G2, which was released back in September 2013.
