Apple iPhone X review

The anniversary iPhone is here. The iPhone X. Or the iPhone 10. The name is as confusing as the product itself is game-changing. Tim Cook's vision finally overwhelmed Steve Jobs ideological remnants. A new dawn for the iPhones has begun, free of the iconic Home key and the notorious screen bezels.

Apple reportedly working on augmented reality headset for 2019

Another major news coming out Apple is that the company is working on an augmented reality headset for the year 2019, according to yet another report by Bloomberg. This headset is said to be the next brand new product, along the lines of the Apple Watch. According to the report, Apple is looking at 2019 to announce the product and ship as early as 2020. Just like the Apple Watch, the augmented reality headset will have its own microprocessor and its own version of an operating system called rOS, which we presume will be based off of iOS just like watchOS and tvOS. OnePlus 5T won't have wireless charging because Dash Charge is better, CEO says

Last week OnePlus CEO Pete Lau explained the company's decision to keep the 3.5mm headset jack around in its next product, the OnePlus 5T. Today Lau is doing some more explaining - this time, about why the 5T will not come with wireless charging functionality. The lack of wireless charging on the OnePlus 5T shouldn't be surprising to you if you've been following the leaks and rumors about the Chinese company's next smartphone. No huge redesign of its back has been mentioned, even once. And since Qi wireless charging doesn't work well enough through metal, the 5T would need a glass or...

iOS 11 now on more than half of iPhones and iPads

Back in October, iOS 11 overtook the older iOS 10 to become the most popular version on iPhones and iPads. That number has grown to 52% since then - half of iGadgets run the latest major version. Adoption has been slower than last year - iOS 10 hit 60% before the end of October. Still, a major reason for numbers flowing from the old version to the new one is people buying a new iPhone and this year the hottest model - the iPhone X - launched later in the year. Also a number of devices (iPhone 5 and 5c, iPad 4) were left behind on version 10 and will not be going up to 11. They are...
