Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra leaks again, this time with pricing

Asus is announcing the Zenfone 11 Ultra on March 14. The next mainstream flagship device from the Taiwanese company has already been extensively leaked at the beginning of February, and today we have a new leak about it. There are some more official-looking images to gawk at, but perhaps the most important new thing here is pricing information. The leak comes from a Czech store, and so the prices are for that market, in Czech Crowns. The 11 Ultra with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will be priced at CZK 24,990 ($1,078 or €986 at the current exchange rates) and the model with 16GB...

X introduces long-form Articles for Premium+ subscribers

If you've always wanted to create long(er) form content on X (formerly Twitter), well, now you can. We're not sure why you'd want to do that on a platform like this that can take it down whenever it wants to (or gets bored with the feature it's just introduced), but to each their own. Perhaps this is meant to take on Substack? Anyway, the news is this. X now lets you create "Articles", aka long(er) form content on its platform. The catch? You need to be a Premium+ subscriber. That means paying X $16 per month or $168 per year. Alternatively, you need to be part of a Verified...

Apple specifies grace period for third-party app store access when leaving the EU

If you were left wondering what Apple’s “gone for too long” policy towards users who have sideloaded apps and leave the European Union – it’s 30 days. Apple updated its support page to clarify the grace period is exactly 30 days after which users will not be able to download apps from alternative app stores or receive updates to downloaded apps. You can still use third-party apps outside the EU indefinitely but software updates to those apps will be unavailable after the 30-day grace period. In the specific case where a user is outside the EU for 30 days and returns to EU territory,...

Poco F6 Pro gets NBTC certified, could be a rebranded Redmi K70

Poco unveiled the Poco F5 Pro last May, meaning it should get a successor soon. There's no word from Poco about the F6 Pro yet, but we know the Chinese brand is gearing up to launch it soon since the Poco F6 Pro has bagged NBTC certification. The Thai certifying authority doesn't reveal the Poco F6 Pro's specs but confirmed its model designation, which is 23113RKC6G. This suggests it's a rebranded China-exclusive Redmi K70 for the global markets since the K70 has model code 23113RKC6C. If the Poco F6 Pro is a repackaged Redmi K70, it will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to...

Verizon has announced a new option, which lets you add a second phone number to the same phone for just $10 extra per month. It's called Second Number and it's pretty self explanatory, though note that if you get a Second Number after June 5 it will be $15 per month as that's when the promo pricing of $10 expires. The plan will give you unlimited talk and text in the US, Mexico, and Canada on your new, Second Number. Data services will be supplied by your primary line, so there's no data allowance here. This works on Dual SIM devices, be those physical Dual SIM phones or ones with...
