There is an official BlackBerry Messenger application coming soon to Android, but this recently published app called BBM isn't it. In fact, we don't think that this suspicious-looking piece of software would let you connect to the BlackBerry Messenger network at all. Allegedly, it works by downloading a BBM client in APK form, which then has to be installed manually by the user. Then the client would let the user send messages to specific BBM pins.
