Samsung announced the third iteration of their very popular Galaxy Note series at IFA 2013 in Berlin - Samsung Galaxy Note 3 while they announced the Samsung Galaxy S4 back in March. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the successor of Galaxy Note 2 which was an exceptional device(it still is) while the Galaxy S4 takes over from Galaxy S3. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a huge upgrade over the Galaxy Note 2, but only a minor update to the Galaxy S4. Only six months have passed between the two device launches.
