The Win Q900s, Xolo's first Windows Phone 8.1 device which was launched last year with a price tag of INR 9,999 (around $160), is now available for under $100 - the smartphone is retailing for INR 5,467 ($88) and INR 5,799 ($93) on Snapdeal and Flipkart, respectively. Specswise, the Win Q900s is powered by a Snapdragon 200 chipset with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and Adreno 302 GPU, and sports a 4.7 inch HD screen.
