Asus' handset business started generating profits in May, according to a DigiTimes report, which also revealed that the company sold a total of more than 1.5 million smartphones last month. It's worth mentioning that the Taiwanese company's Zenfone 2 smartphone, which was originally unveiled at CES back in January this year, went on sale in the US and Canada last month.
