Just over a week after LG said that it currently has no plans to update the G3 to Android 5.1 Lollipop, the company has given a similar heads-up about the G4 Android 5.1.1 update. As you can see in the image above, both O2 UK (left) and LG Hellas (right) made it clear that there are no plans for the update, at-least for now. While no additional details were provided, it could be that the company may just be planning a jump straight to Android M for its latest flagship, too. Meanwhile, Samsung's latest Galaxy S6 duo flagships have started receiving the Android 5.1.1 update - it is currently rolling out to T-Mobile and US Cellular units in the US.
