The most powerful phone now launches on 17th Dec Rahul Sharma (@rahulsharma) December 2, 2015 As for the reason behind the delay, a company spokesperson said that in addition to the Yutopia, one more handset is lined up for launch, and the company didn't want two separate launch events. It's worth mentioning that invites for the December 7 launch event were already sent out. Apparently, the delay is related to a recent Delhi High Court order restraining YU from importing and selling devices that infringe upon Ericsson's patents until it pays royalties to the Swedish firm.
