Huawei also announces $90 Honor 5 Play

The top of the line (and positively huge) Honor Note 8 isn't the only smartphone that Huawei has unveiled today. It's joined in the its sub-brand's portfolio by the extremely cheap Honor 5 Play, which is meant to be the successor to the Honor 4 Play from 2014. Like that model, the Honor 5 Play is decidedly low-end. It comes with a 5-inch 720p touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, a 2 MP selfie camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 2,200 mAh battery.
