Samsung unveils Exynos 7 9610 with 480fps slow-mo support

Samsung has just announced its latest Exynos 9610 SoC - it's part of the Exynos 7 series, which typically powers upper mid-range smartphones such as company's A lineup. The new Exynos 9610 has an octa-core processor with 4x Cortex-A73 cores running at 2.3GHz and 4x Cortex-A53 ones clocked at 1.6GHz. The GPU in charge of graphics is Mali-G72MP3, a good upgrade over the Mali-G71MP2 in the previous Series 7 chip. The Exynos 9610 has a new ISP with support for 4K @ 120fps video recording and Full HD @ 480fps slow-mo capturing. A camera coupled with this SoC will be able of stacking...
