Once upon a time RAZR phones were on top of the world. Lenovo and Verizon may pull a Jurassic Park on us and resurrect the former king. WSJ is reporting that new Motorola RAZR phones will be available as soon as February, exclusively from the US carrier. It will be a foldable phone with a price tag of around $1,500 according to sources. The phones are still being tested, so the launch date is not set in stone.
