Gionee is set to unveil a new smartphone on August 25, dubbed Gionee Max. It will be sold through Flipkart in India, and the promo page set up by the Indian e-commerce giant on its website reveals the smartphone will sport a waterdrop notch display surrounded by thick bezels. Large bezels are expected, though, since this is a budget smartphone that will be priced less than INR6,000 ($80/€65).
