The illustration below shows sensor details for all five camera modules (the S21 and S21+ are getting triple cameras). The main module on the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G houses the upcoming 108MP ISOCELL HM3 sensor with 0.8 µm pixels (with 9-in-1 binning support) and Super PD autofocus.
