Today Google brought generative AI to Maps, but it also announced some new developments for Bard. The most important of those is that Bard can now use Gemini Pro, Google's latest multimodal AI model, in all the languages and territories where Bard is already available. Previously, Gemini Pro was brought into Bard only for English, giving it "more advanced understanding, reasoning, summarizing and coding abilities". Bard can also finally generate images.
