According to a report in Korean media, the OmniVision OVB0D is a 200MP 1/1.1-inch imager, so slightly larger, than the 1/1.12-inch LYTIA 901. The sensor features a Bayer filter, but with a different dual on-chip re-mosaic structure to the LYTIA's more complex QQBC.
