Considered to be one of the best third party Instagram apps in the Windows Phone Store, 6tag has received an update to version 1.6 that makes it even better. One of the new features allows you to select part of a picture to be 'blurred'; the manual blurring is supposed to convey a sense of motion or action on a picture.
