A new Lumia device has been spotted in the wild and at the FCC. The Nokia RM-1090/RM-1091 is a dual-SIM Windows Phone device the size of the Lumia 830. According to the FCC reports in measures 139.9 x 71.1mm. AdDuplex spotted the unofficial device in its logs and reports that the screen has qHD resolution (540 x 960). That would be a first for the Lumia line as current devices have (F)WVGA, 720p/WXGA or 1080p. AdDuplex reports most hits came from China and Taiwan, though that's not necessarily the target market, it could be just where the testing takes place.
