Jolla, a young Finnish company founded by ex-Nokia and MeeGo employees, has launched its second smartphone, the Jolla C. The phone is part of the new Sailfish Community Device Program meant for developers, who will get access to exclusive live community sessions, invitations to community events, and the phone itself. The phone will come with a stock version of Sailfish OS 2.0 with no third-party applications installed.
