Last week Chinese regulatory authority TENAA certified the upcoming Huawei Honor Note 8 for sale in the country. This mammoth phablet is apparently meant to compete with the 6.44-inch Xiaomi Mi Max, which has seen some impressive sales numbers in China. That said, the Honor Note 8 manages to be even bigger, coming with a 6.6-inch screen. The phablet will go official at an event in China on August 1. This has been revealed by Huawei's sub-brand itself, through the invite you can see to the left. In it the screen's resolution is revealed, even if the use of the term "2K" is cringeworthy....
