Google acqui-hired the Cronologics team to bolster its Android Wear smartwatch OS. The company was founded by former Google employees and recently launched its first (and only) product - the Cronologics CoWatch. The watch was crowdfunded on IndieGoGo and runs a customized Android with Amazon Alexa integration (which we suppose will not be part of the new Android Wear features).
