Holiday season is over and Apple has released its first iPhone ad of 2017. This one focuses on the Portrait Mode feature on the phone. Portrait Mode, for those not aware, uses the secondary 57mm telephoto lens on the iPhone 7 Plus along with the primary lens to create a 3D map of the object in front of it and then selectively applies a blur filter around its edges to separate the subject from the background.
