Apple today announced that it is doubling the storage on the Mac mini. The computer now comes with 256GB for the base $799 configuration while the $1,099 model comes with 512GB. And that's basically it. To say that Apple announced this would be a bit of an understatement. The news about the Mac mini was basically a footnote to the MacBook Air announcement. And that makes sense, when you consider there's not much here to talk about.
