Microsoft details Xbox Series X hardware, shows off load times

In an extensive post, Microsoft unveiled the specs and capabilities of its upcoming Xbox Series X gaming console, and promised to give even more details to developers later this week. The CPU is based on a 7nm process - it's a custom AMD Zen 2 unit with eight cores that can run at up to 3.8GHz. The GPU is a custom AMD RDNA 2 with 12 teraflops of processing might and 52 compute units, running at 1.825GHz each. There are 16GB of memory, divided between the GPU (10GB), the OS (2.5GB) and the system (3.5GB). There's also a 1TB NVME SSD and the option to expand the storage through 1TB...
