U.S.Cellular announced on Friday that the new full-sized Apple iPad Air will be available from the carrier on November 8th; the Wi-Fi + Cellular model will be offered to the carrier's subscriber's online. For as low as $5 a month, iPad users can get a 300MB data only plan for $5, or pay $10 a month for 1GB of data. $20 buys you 2GB for the month while $30 brings you 4GB.
