Facebook has announced that it's currently testing an update that'll allow users to comment on posts even when they don't have an Internet connection. The comment will be posted whenever they're back online. "For example, if you see a post about a friend's engagement when you're not connected to the internet, you can compose a congratulatory comment, and it will appear on his or her post when you're back online," the company said in a post. For those who aren't already aware, the ability to like and share Facebook posts in offline mode has already been there for some time now. Aside from this, the update in question also makes sure that unseen previously downloaded stories are displayed before new ones are retrieved from the server. This way you will not have to wait for stories to load when you open News Feed. The updated app will also keep News Feed updated by periodically retrieving new stories throughout the day. Facebook says the update will be rolled out over time, although it didn't reveal for which platforms, nor did it mention a specific time...
