The vivo Xplay5S, which is said to be the successor to the Chinese company's Xplay3S smartphone, will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 820 chipset and will have 4GB of RAM. This was revealed in an Antutu listing of the device. If you recall, this is not the first time that SD820 SoC and 4GB RAM have been rumored for the Xplay5S.
