Apple's Reserve and Pickup iPhone service is quite useful if you don't want to wait in line. You buy the phone online and then you have a timeframe to get it. Unfortunately, the service is now suspended for customers in the US, UK, and Italy. It's not gone for good, as Apple will resume it on the morning of September 17.
