Early Wednesday morning the European Union reached historic deal. Starting 15th June 2017, all mobile phone users from the 28 EU members will not pay roaming charges when traveling to fellow EU country. Negotiations ended right after midnight with a pact between the European Parliament, European Council and European Comission representatives.
