A new Sony smartphone has been spotted on GFXBench. Dubbed Pikachu, the phone - the listing reveals - is powered by MediaTek MT6757 Helio P20 SoC with octa-core 2.3GHz processor, and sports a 5-inch HD display. RAM is 3GB, while internal memory should be 32GB. In terms of camera, the handset features a 21MP rear unit, while the front shooter should be of 8MP.
