HTC Desire 526 surfaces in Taiwan via NCC certification

HTC has been caught working on a new midrange smartphone that will be part of its Desire line of rather affordable offerings. Taiwan's equivalent of the FCC, which is called the NCC, has certified an HTC device with the model name D526h. This will end up being launched as the HTC Desire 526 Dual-SIM, and since it's been certified in Taiwan, that's clearly one of the markets which will get it. The phone is likely a successor of sorts to the dual-SIM Desire 516 from last year. The Desire 526 will feature support for 2G and 3G networks (with two SIM card slots in tow), Bluetooth, as well as single-band Wi-Fi 802.11n (on 2.4 GHz). Unfortunately this is all the information that has been revealed about the Desire 526 at this point. We don't have any other specs to talk about, but those will surely leak out in the near future, now that the NCC got the ball rolling on this smartphone.
